TART restaurant provides down-home hospitality and comfort food with a twist, drawing influences from Southern cuisine, British pub fare and Los Angeless diverse melting pot. Executive Chef Keith Shutta has carefully paired each uniquely crafted burger with its perfect match delicious wines made in the Burgundy region of eastern France.

The menu includes a choice of:

  • The Bacon Jam Burger 7-ounce bordelaise beef burger with bacon jam, taleggio cheese, arugula on a perfectly charred ciabatta
  • The Brown Butter Mushroom Burger - 7-ounce beef burger with brown butter mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, crispy onions and a dash of mayo on a sweet brioche bun
  • Specialty red wines will be selected and paired with the burgers each week

HONOLULU (December 22, 2015) One of the most talked about oceanfront properties on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Oahu was listed for sale yesterday with an asking price of $28 million.

51 Kaikea Place is a sprawling 2.5-acre Kailua retreat that has captured the attention of potential buyers from all corners of the globe. The Kailua zip code has also been making world headlines recently. President Obama returned to Hawaii this past weekend for his annual Hawaii family vacation, and 51 Kaikea Place is located less than five minutes away from the Presidents vacation home.


The estate features 200 plus linear feet of postcard perfect white sand beach frontage along one of the top beaches in the country, Kailua beach. The sale also includes two adjacent 10,000 sq. foot parcels in front of the main gate that may be used for additional dwellings.


Scott Eden of Newmark Grubb CBI, the agent representing the owner of the estate, said that the value of 51 Kaikea Place will only continue to grow as the mass urbanization of Honolulu unfolds.
